	Craft Time Every Thursday	Join a wonderful group of ladies fora relaxing time of fellowship and crafts now every Thursday from 5:00 - 7:30 pm in the lower Fellowship Hall. Bring yourown or take on some new projects.
	Bowling Day, Every Saturday	3:30 PM . Bowl-a-Drone on Western in Torrance. Call the church for the address.
	Homeless Ministry, Every Third Saturday	Saturday 7:30 AM. Meet at OVBC to deliver packages to the needy in San Pedro. Every third Saturday of the month.
	Beacon House Ministry, Every Third Thursday	Meet at Coco Restaurant at 6:30 PM than at 7 PM meet at The Beacon House.
	"Pieces of Love" Quilting Class, Second and Fourth Monday	Adult Center Fellowship Hall. 10: AM - Noon. This class will continue to meet throughout the year.
January	Jr. High Winter Youth Camp, January 27-28	This year the Jr. High group is going to Winter Camp on Saturday, January 27 - Sunday, January 28th
January	Tea with Chris Kamalski January 29	Sunday, Jan 29th at 3 PM home of Susan Ghormley. Come and enjoy an informal time of sharing with the Kamalshi's about thier mission work in South Africa.
February	Congregational Meeting, February 8	Congregational Dessert/ Appetizer Meeting at OVBC at 7-8 PM
	Special Men's Retreat, February 18th	Our Ocean View’s Men’s Retreat will take right here at our very own OVBC retreat. Guest Speaker Kent Kraning from Forest Home. Meet in the Adult Center from 8-11:30 AM for breakfast, special messages, small group sessions and worship.

March	Sr. High Mission Trip to Mexico March 31 - April 6	Repair and Build with the children of Ensenada. Join a work team headed to Ensenada, Mexico. OVBC pastoral staff for more information.

June	Promotion Sunday, June 24	Sunday, June 24th for High School and College. Celebrate with our children and youth as they move into the next grade level. Time and place TBD
July	Vacation Bible School (VBS) July 16-20	This years Vacation Bible School is Monday - Friday, July 16-20th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. There will be VBS classes for children who will be entering Kindergarten through 5th grade in the fall. Volunteers and students please look for the VBS sign-up table to come soon.

	Harvest Festival, October 31	Annual Harvest Festival with games, food, candy and treats Invite your friends and neighbors to OVBC’s Annual Harvest Festival Saturday, October 31st, 6-7:30 pm here at OVBC! There will be games to play! Crafts to make! And, candy to give away! If you would like to volunteer to run games, set up/clean up, be a parking attendant, etc. please respond on your response/ registration card or contact Minerva Edwards at minervaedwards@yahoo.com. We also need donations for candy and baked goods.

December	Christmas Eve Service	OVBC very special Christmas Eve Candelight Service with Christmas Carols, Special Presentations and a short Christmas message; all within an hour.
